Welcome to East Harlem. We sit here unheard and ignored. People may say kids these days are lazy. They say we do nothing but screw up our world and help build the population in a negative way. But, we the youth of East Harlem know it’s not true. We know more than people think we know. We know about our communities better than anyone else. We are tomorrow. We are the youth of East Harlem. Here, the future is building a future.
